Record of membership

Jesus Christ keeps a record of all of His members.

Luke 10:20 "Notwithstanding, in this rejoice not that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven." 

For it is written "The Lord shall count, when He writeth up the people, that this man was born there."

Psa. 87:5-6 "And of Zion it shall be said, this and that man was born in her: and the Highest himself shall establish her. The Lord shall count, when he writeth up the people, that this man was born there."

All must be "born of water and spirit: in this dispensation, if they desire their name to be written in heaven.
