At Region XII, we are committed to investing in the next generation of Christian leaders by providing a mentorship program specifically designed for young girls. Our Jr. Missionaries program is a life-changing experience that equips young girls with the skills, knowledge, and character necessary to become effective missionaries in their own right.
Mentorship and Training
Each Jr. Missionary is assigned to a licensed missionary who serves as her mentor and guide. This experienced missionary provides:
- Personalized Counseling: One-on-one guidance and support to help our young girls navigate life's challenges.
- Life Skills Training: Practical instruction in areas such as prayer, discipline, discipleship, and leadership.
- Character Development: Opportunities to develop essential character traits such as humility, kindness, and compassion.
Goals of the Jr. Missionaries Program
Our program is designed to help young girls become senior missionaries by:
- Equipping Them with Life Skills: Teaching them practical skills necessary for effective ministry, including communication, relationships, and conflict resolution.
- Reinforcing Prayer and Discipleship: Encouraging a strong prayer life and discipleship practice that will serve as the foundation for their future ministry.

How It Works
